With over one hundred fifty-seven thousand searches recorded, Malta emerged as the clear winner in the overall standings, demonstrating particular strength in diving popularity. The island’s underwater environment features numerous sites spanning depths from five to sixty meters, providing crystal-clear conditions ideal for exploring shipwrecks, underwater caves, and natural rock formations. Among the various diving locations, Ċirkewwa stands out as one of the most frequented areas for underwater exploration.
