Primrose Hill stab victim ‘can never be replaced’

Tragic Death in Primrose Hill

Christopher Sullivan, father of 21-year-old filmmaker Finbar Sullivan, expressed that his son, who was fatally stabbed in Primrose Hill, ‘can never be replaced’. The incident occurred during a confrontation near the park’s scenic viewpoint in north London, shortly after 18:30 BST on Tuesday. Sullivan died at the scene, leaving his family devastated.

A Filmmaker’s Passion

Finbar was a student at the London Screen Academy and had gained recognition for his music video projects under the moniker Sully Shot It. His grandfather, Michael Seresin, known for his work on *Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban* and *Rambo III*, inspired Finbar’s career path. The father described his son as a ‘beautiful, lovely, outgoing, loving boy’ who had recently celebrated his birthday with a camera gifted to him.

“This is the worst tragedy I could ever imagine,” Sullivan said to the *Daily Mail*, adding that Finbar was his only son. He emphasized his son’s innocence, calling him a ‘groovy 21-year-old who loved movies and making films’.

Friend’s Account of Illness

Ellen Kinnally, a friend and PR professional from New York, shared that Finbar had been unwell before the incident. She noted, “He’d gotten very ill recently and everyone was so worried about him. It affected his eyesight, but he was getting better. He was a visual person.”

Metropolitan Police Appeal

A second man in his 20s was also hurt during the altercation, sustaining non-life-threatening stab wounds. The Metropolitan Police is now seeking witnesses or footage from the area. As of now, no arrests have been made. The force urged anyone with relevant information to come forward.
