It is primarily being installed on all of the company’s Airbus A350 jets, alongside a majority of its older Airbus A380 models and Boeing 777 aircraft. The distinctive design incorporates flexible side wings that provide crucial support. These wings function to prevent a traveler’s head from drifting forward or tilting to the side while they are resting. By offering this structural stability, the headrest allows passengers to maintain a comfortable posture without requiring external assistance. This marks the first time any airline worldwide has implemented such a system into their economy cabin.

Fleet Expansion and Timeline
The implementation of this technology is progressing rapidly across the network. At present, three specific A350 aircraft are already equipped with the new headrests. According to the airline’s schedule, the complete A350 fleet will feature this upgrade before the conclusion of the current year.
